With over 25 years’ experience, CHP is perfectly placed to assist our clients in planning, organizing and managing the successful delivery of their projects within an agreed timeframe and budget.

Following our own methodology, DATIS, or using industry-standard methodologies such as PRINCE2® or Six Sigma®, CHP will undertake any or all of the activities necessary to deliver a project.

  • Project definition. We’ll help you define the project scope, its inputs and outputs, resources and stakeholders. We’ll work with you to prepare the documentation required for initiation, including the cost-benefit analysis and the business case.
  • Project planning and control. High-level and detailed tasks are defined, leading to a project plan which can be used to monitor progress against schedule and budget.
  • Risk management. Project risks, issues and dependencies are identified and managed.
  • Quality assurance. Processes are defined and monitored to ensure that project deliverables are fit for purpose and meet the expectations of the customer.
  • Change control. To manage and control changes to the project and prevent unexpected variances, processes are defined and applied.
  • Project office. We provide ‘project office’ services including documentation management and project reporting.
  • Benefit realization.  We’ll work with you to ensure that the benefits promised by the business case are delivered and sustainable.
