CHP Consulting has been ranked 69 in the third Sunday Times' list of the "Best Small Companies to Work For, 2006".

Richard Caseby, managing editor, The Sunday Times, stated: "Those companies listed represent the very best business practice in companies with fewer than 250 employees. All of them are enlightened places to work with highly motivated employees and inspirational leaders."

CHP Consulting received a rating of 83% by employees as a company that is good for their own personal growth and, with recent expansion to Australia and the USA and opportunities to move around, employees are excited about where the company is going. Employees gave the company a positive score of 82% on this measure. Teamwork within CHP Consulting is important and employees feel their teams do really care for each other, with a very positive rating of 87%.

At CHP, every employee receives more than 50 days' training off the job in his or her first three years, which 80% find really helpful, and employee turnover is under 5% per annum among the 121 staff.
