CHP Consulting has been voted one of the 20 most popular management consulting recruiters in a poll of over 34,000 students.

Part of the TARGET jobs 2008 National Graduate Recruitment Awards, the list of top recruiters for consultancy also included McKinsey & Company, Deloitte, Accenture, Ernst & Young, IBM, Capgemini and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

CHP Consulting earned positive feedback from candidates due to its strong recruitment campaigns, company culture and brand. The company makes use of recent recruits to speak to prospective joiners at recruitment fairs to project a genuine image of CHP - particularly the unique social element and variety that other consultancies cannot offer.

"We've positioned ourselves as a 'boutique' brand and used innovative and distinctive design to bring our strengths to the fore," said Ed Jones, CHP's Head of Design. "Gaining recognition like this only strengthens our image further and helps us to continue to recruit the best people."
