Nissan Finance (GB) Limited is optimising its operations workflow following the successful implementation of the latest version of the ALFA Systems from CHP Consulting, developer of the class-leading solution for asset and motor finance.
Andrew Denton, director at CHP Consulting said: "The latest ALFA Systems release allows Nissan Finance (GB) Limited to offer its customers a consistent and better service at lower cost. Besides improving customer services and overall efficiency, better management of human resources reduces training time for employees using the system for the first time."
Chris Hazlehurst, IT director at Nissan Finance (GB) Limited commented: "Our business procedures are already well documented, and the ability to set up customised workflow in ALFA makes it much easier to follow these procedures correctly. The system enhancements are meeting all of our expectations by allowing us to deliver a better quality service to our customers more cost-effectively."
ALFA's workflow capabilities allow Nissan to map its standard business procedures within the system. ALFA then guides users through the necessary workflow steps to complete a task. The more intuitive user interface also simplifies standard day-to-day activities to improve overall efficiencies.
Nissan Finance (GB) Limited provides wholesale and retail finance for Nissan products in the United Kingdom. It has used the ALFA Systems solution since the company launched in April 1998. Phil Bates, collections manager, and Jean Summers, process expert, were two key personnel involved in this latest project.
