CHP meets revised Investors in People Standard

CHP Consulting, developer of the class-leading ALFA Systems solution for asset and motor finance, has met the newly revised Investors in People Standard.

The business improvement tool, designed to advance an organisation's performance through its people, was developed in 1990 and the Standard is reviewed every three years to ensure that it remains relevant, accessible and attractive to all. CHP has held the Standard since January 2004.

Andrew Denton, Sales and Marketing Director at CHP Consulting, said, “We are delighted to have met the revised Investors in People Standard, which helps us to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of our people. Only half of the organisations previously accredited retained the recognition under the new criteria and that makes our award a particularly significant achievement. After interviewing a cross-section of 22 employees, the IIP assessor praised our organisational culture, management, training, communication and other aspects of the work-life balance we have created at CHP.

“Crucially, as a result of our Investors in People Standard, our clients benefit from having talented and experienced professionals working on their projects and they are, above all, motivated and engaged team players.”

Last year, CHP Consulting was ranked 69th in the third Sunday Times list of the Best Small Companies to Work For.
