Simon Clark, a senior manager at CHP, explained to Asset Finance Europe that the company has been in the present premises at Austin Friars for some 10 years and since then has grown by a multiple of five times - in both staff and corporate turnover.

“In recent years,” he said, “we have become a global company with a market-leading product - ALFA v5. We needed the base from which we operate to represent this change and to improve the facilities – meetings, demonstrations, training and the like – that we offer our clients.”

“CHP’s significant growth over the past decade,” Clark added, “was putting pressure on our current premises and for the last few years we had to lease a second London City office to handle this expansion. We want all of our staff to be together at a single location.”

Despite the current recession CHP is experiencing “unprecedented” levels of interest in ALFA v5 and the company is anticipating “considerable growth in the short to medium term”.

The new premises, at 20 Gresham Street, are to be 11,000 square feet and represent a 35% increase in space on the present site. Telephone numbers remain the same.
