Annual Leave

25 days’ annual leave - increases with seniority.

CHP pays for the installation of broadband and the associated monthly charge thereafter.

Interest-Free Loans

CHP will provide a loan of up to £2000 in your first 12 months of employment and up to £4995 thereafter.

A laptop for business use which can also be used at home.

Life Assurance

Provides your named beneficiary/beneficiaries with four times your annual salary in the event of your death.

Permanent Health Insurance

Often referred to as Disability Insurance or Income Protection. In the event of a serious illness resulting in absence from work, you would be entitled to full salary for six months and up to 75% thereafter.

Private City GP

Appointments can usually be arranged for the same day. Located a few minutes’ walk from the office.

Private Health Care

No cost of consultations, diagnostic tests or treatment. Majority of conditions covered.

Profit-Related Pay

PRP is a percentage of the ‘adjusted’ profit before tax of CHP UK. Graduates join the PRP scheme after 18 months. Experienced hires join the scheme between the sixth and twelth month of employment.

Stakeholder Pension

CHP offers access to a stakeholder pension scheme. Employees contribute money directly from their salary through a salary exchange scheme to gain the associated tax and National Insurance benefits.

Volunteering

Volunteering time is half met by CHP and half met by you, the volunteer. CHP gives you 3 days of charitable allowance per annum - this allows for a total of 6 days’ volunteering per annum per employee when coupled with your commitment.

Worldwide Travel Insurance

Covers unlimited single trips each year with duration less than 180 days.

Graduate Scheme

Final year undergraduates, graduates or PhD students should apply online.
