We have opportunities for high-calibre individuals who meet the following criteria:

• 2:1 or above and As and Bs at A-Level (or equivalent)
• Experience in a commercial environment
• Interest in both the technical and business aspects of our projects
• In-depth programming experience in one or more of the following languages: Delphi, C, C++, Java, XML, HTML, or others (preferably in a Windows or Oracle environment)
• Experience of structured systems development and the ability to build systems using existing development skills
• Practical experience in the use of object-oriented techniques essential for development roles
• Prepared to stay hands-on in the long term and be sufficiently capable and motivated to lead a project team in the future
• Outgoing, smartly presented, confident, articulate and a lateral thinker able to combine initiative and a logical approach with problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise with senior client personnel
• Flexibility and a willingness to work at client sites outside London for several months dependent upon client requirements (returning to London for weekends)
