ALFA’s product templates define the key criteria of the products you release to the market, ensuring that minimal data capture is required for all new business. Long-term finance products and short-term restricted promotions, together with add-ons such as insurance or maintenance, are easy to configure.

Dealers are only able to work with the products to which they have been authorised, removing administrative overheads and providing more opportunity to upsell any optional elements at the point of sale.

All business with dealerships and their representatives can be consolidated into a single view, detailing their activity as both suppliers and customers. Dealerships can be combined into dealer groups for additional flexibility, and payments can be made to the dealership or group as required.

To provide accounting flexibility, dealer payments take various forms:

  • Volume bonuses are calculated automatically at either the dealership or the dealer group level.
  • Incentives, such as commissions and documentation fees, are calculated for each contract, with standard dealer commission rules that can be overridden.
  • Manufacturer and dealer subsidies can be invoiced taking into account both the asset payment and any clawbacks required for accurate future amounts due.
  • Commission amounts can be included with the payment for the vehicle, or paid separately.
  • Advance payments can be made with statements showing the current position for any dealer.


Assets can be sourced directly if required, and the dealers that can supply or maintain specific types of asset, and any with “preferred” status, are recorded.
