ALFA’s integrated workflow engine supports the entire end-to-end asset finance business lifecycle, from proposal administration to disposal processing.
Champion-Challenger functionality allows process changes to be proven before implementation, allowing for continual process improvement. Client-configurable processes are modelled concisely in the system using built-in workflow visualisation tools, giving you a clear overview of how you can minimise risk in business functions and future business change.
Fully customisable workflow parameters determine the actions, compulsory or optional, that can be performed at each stage in the workflow. Progression options - including date and time limits, system performed actions and restricting conditions - and user authorities are also specified for each case.
ALFA workflow can be configured to trigger further automated actions at any stage in a process, such as producing client correspondence, charging additional fees to associated third parties, and performing external actions via supported interfaces.
Cases can be generated by various inputs and are based on customer requests, such as a statement request, or events, such as when a customer falls into arrears. A full transaction history is stored for every entity, so all actions are fully transparent and auditable.
Automated user allocation of tasks can be configured to account for numerous criteria. Features include load balancing and sophisticated activity monitoring to ensure users perform optimally in their roles. Management dashboards allow for departmental control, with manual reallocation of work as required. More sophisticated, high-level dashboards allow full performance visibility with support for drilling down to the lowest level of transactional information.
