CHP Consulting has announced the first new implementation of ALFA v5, the latest version of its market-leading software solution, at a major bank in the Nordic countries.

ALFA v5 is the group-wide software platform for the client organisation, supporting a portfolio comprising 130,000 agreements with a total asset value of more than 30bn Swedish Kronas. The implementation is currently in full swing.

Key project deliverables are to increase efficiency through workflow and automated business decisioning, and to encourage growth through ease of managing acquisitions and entry into foreign markets. The open architecture of ALFA v5 allows easy integration into the bank’s existing operating environment.

“This new partnership demonstrates our increasingly successful push into Europe. We’re really enthusiastic about v5 and now we’re starting to see genuine take-up in the market,” said Andrew Denton, CHP’s Sales and Marketing Director, “And we’re expecting to announce two more new customers soon.”

Vendor and customer self-serve access will also be made available on the Nordic firm’s platform in the near future. ALFA v5 was released in late 2009, offering 100% of the functional depth of the previous version now entirely on a web platform.
