Caroline has worked in the training and change management sector for the past six years, most recently with Siebel Systems and Oracle. She has delivered numerous successful training programmes for a variety of software implementations - from CRM to major ERP platforms - acting as both project manager and training materials developer. Caroline said, "Training and change management are key elements to the success of any project and I am excited that CHP recognises their importance. I look forward to incorporating my skills and experience into CHP’s existing processes to deliver a top-quality, customer-focused training programme that spanning the entire project lifecycle." Caroline brings extensive experience in e-learning, a training delivery mechanism expected to be increasingly prevalent in the future.

Since arriving at CHP, Caroline has already completed a successful end-to-end training implementation at key client Close Asset Finance.
