High-calibre experienced graduates to pursue careers in the fast-moving CHP environment. Each year, we recruit experienced IT professionals and let you make a real difference to our growing, dynamic company.

Industry Professionals

If you’re an expert in finance and the latest software technologies, or you’re capable of becoming one, we want to hear from you. Ideal candidates have a degree in a numerate subject (distinction average or above), excellent HSC results and the wide-ranging interpersonal skills required of a consultant.

We offer competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, ongoing training and a sensible approach to the working week. No wonder that, in the UK, CHP was among The Sunday Times’ Best Small Companies To Work For in 2005 and 2006.

Key skills, knowledge and attributes sought in an experienced hire include:

  • Distinction average degree (preferably numerate) and 95 or above UAI
  • Experience in a commercial environment
  • Experience with structured systems development and languages such as Delphi, Java, C, XML and HTML
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise with senior client personnel
  • Outgoing personality, smart personal presentation, lateral thinking and the ability to combine initiative, a logical approach and problem-solving skills
  • Readiness to remain hands-on in the long term and enthusiasm to lead a project team in the future
