I joined CHP Consulting Australia in May 2008 with a year's experience in IT development. I travelled to London to undertake the induction training and on returning to Sydney, I joined an implementation team conducting an implementation of our back-office ALFA Systems to complement our vendor/broker web quoting application for one of Australia's fastest-growing innovative commercial financiers for government, multinationals, public and private companies.

Given my Delphi experience, I have become responsible for the enhancement of our Delphi applications.

Joining a small, dynamic company gives me the opportunity to volunteer and assume responsibility for aspects of our client delivery that interest me. For example, I now coordinate our infrastructure and technical operations for our ASP solution.

My career with CHP Australia has not only allowed me to apply my knowledge of the programming lifecycle, but my knowledge of network infrastructure as well. As a member of the CHP Australia team, I am constantly exposed to the wealth of knowledge from my highly experienced and supportive colleagues. In a very short time, I've expanded my programming experience across multiple platforms and environments. The numerous training courses represent a valuable addition to my career and personal life.
